The back takes a little bit of stretching and pulling to line up perfectly but once you do it, it looks GREAT! The biggest problem I had was getting the corners to stay down... I was lucky that I didn't get too much dust underneath the corners as they won't go down for at least 30 minutes. I had some tiny specks but nothing noticeable. At first I was going to write a negative review because I couldn't get he stupid corners to stay down and kept getting dust underneath them. I was only looking for the backshield so I was thinking why spend so much money on it anyway.Some background, I've used Zagg, BSE, BodyGuardz, ArmorSuit, SGP products so I've put on my fair share of skins. This one is probably my top three, with my top being SGP. The reason being the coverage is absolutely amazing, it goes from edge to edge, sometimes way past that. I thought I lined it up perfectly but skins are protruding from all four sides. The good part about this is that I know it covers almost everything, bad news is those edges become dust collectors which will affect the rest of the skin. The material is nice and thick, and it gives your iPad a mildly rubbery feel. Much more secure than the slick aluminum.I cleaned both sides of my new (2012) ipad using a little bit of windex and the included lint-free cloth, and then used the application spray to wet the surfaces while applying the skin. Best of all - the material stretches a little bit, and there's this window (about 30 minutes into the drying process) where everything is tacky enough that it'll stay put, but still flexible - it'll let you get the perfect alignment. I've never had a skin that fit this well. I managed to stretch it for true edge-to-edge coverage, and the port coverings are perfectly aligned.
